The exclusively designed park-like outdoor area invites you to a perfect relaxing holiday with many different ways to spend time and is ideally suited for families, groups and team events.

The spacious open-plan living area is located on the upper floor with access to the large terrace on the first floor. Here you have a far-reaching sea view. There is comfortable seating on the terrace and in the living area. In the exclusively equipped kitchen, the inviting dining area and the cosy sofa corner with wall-mounted flat-screen TV, you can relax and enjoy your holiday.

The high-quality flat-screen TVs have tablet-controlled operation with Apple TV function and international satellite TV programmes in English, German, Portuguese and French.

Sonos music system and speakers are installed for your audio entertainment. Download the appropriate app and stream your own favourite music from your smart device. Sound, lighting and TV can be controlled via the villa’s central multimedia system and offer excellent sound quality.

Already the beautifully designed entrance to the main entrance of Villa Surpresa invites guests in style. From the first floor you can directly access the large, spacious and covered terrace. Parking spaces are available in the front yard of the villa, protected by an electric entrance gate.

The swimming pool is about 14 x 4 meters and has a picturesque waterfall overflow. There is also pure water fun for the little ones! Due to the adjacent separate, shallow children’s pool with a size of 5 x 3 meters, fun for the little ones is guaranteed. Sun loungers with parasols and many comfortable corners invite you to relax.

The 7000 m² park-like property has a well thought-out garden landscape with many possibilities to linger.

A variety of seating and areas covered with awnings create ideal opportunities for young and old. A special feature are the fig and olive trees growing on the property. So guests can make their own olive oil with the olive press!

The built-in outdoor kitchen with 2 x electric grills and griddle provide excellent opportunities for barbecue events, and a deep fryer is also available.

Interested in a show grilling by top local chefs? Ask the hostess Gaby. She will be happy to arrange exclusive and unforgettable barbecue events by appointment. The use of catering services from restaurants in the area are also very popular with guests.

New for real fun with friends and families is also the table football in the Vila Surpresa. Start your duel with fun factor.

From 2024, e-bikes and trendy Vespa scooters will be available at Vila Surpresa for mobile fun. Experience the Algarve up close and make your vacation an unforgettable experience.

The Vila Surpresa has a sustainable and environmentally friendly energy management. For example, the pool water and domestic water is supplied from its own source. Solar energy provides for the heating of hot water as well as the pool heating used when needed. Many other small measures ensure greater sustainability. The expansion of renewable energy use through photovoltaics is in planning.
